JUMPS
This refers to a variety of jumps with or without obstacles, performed separately or in the form of multiple jumps; generally 3-5 sets of 5-10 repetitions.
Especially useful ones: hops on one leg, jumps from a double take-off, jumps from one foot to the other, or a combination of two and two, triples, quintuples ect. Plyometrics is the term used for this form of exercise in which a muscle is first testretched and then immediately contracted. It also includes depth jumps from a hight of 0.50 to 1.00 meter, with minimum bend of thr knees followed by an immediate vertical jump.
