ATHLETIC : Total Training



This involves performing, in one session, a mixture of various types of running, varied pace, uphill and downhill stretches, gymnastic exercises (dynamic and static), multi-jumps and even throws.

The session should begin with running, continue with gymnastic exercise and conclude with jumps and sometimes, throws (medicine ball, shot, etc.).
The running exercise (with or without weighted jackets) are especially beneficial for all athletes. Whatever their event.
